This legislation creates the Georgia Civil Rights in Public Accommodations Act.  Public accommodations include hotels, restaurants, gas stations, theaters, or other venues which serve the public.   The bill does not apply to private establishments, except to the extent that these establishments perform as a place of public accommodation.
